Due to the special nature of our products, all sales are final. Once sold, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests.

Exceptions

Although we do not accept regular returns, we will provide a solution in the following cases:

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
Please provide clear photos and a description of the problem
We will offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis
Shipping error

If we have sent the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
We will arrange the dispatch of the correct product and cover the relevant shipping costs

Shipping damage

If the product is damaged during transportation, please check and take photos immediately when signing for receipt
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
We will coordinate with the carrier and provide you with a solution

Processing time
